Certificate Processing

In order to maintain the integrity and objectivity of the program, Cash Rewards, Inc. has employed the Resolve Corporation, an Independent Third Party Administrator (ITPA) based in Ohio, to handle the processing and review of all submissions from Certificate holders. The Resolve Corporation has over 55 years of business experience, with 35 of those years in rebate fulfillment.

We hired Resolve to process the paperwork because we felt they represented the best of the best in the fulfillment industry and that Certificate holders would have the highest quality services available to them in the handling of their certificates and paperwork.

How does the process work?

There are two parts to redeeming a Cash Rewards certificate: Registration and Redemption. Resolve handles both parts.

Registration

Upon completion of a transaction with a Cash Rewards member, an individual is issued a Cash Rewards receipt that is generated from the on-line certificate issuing system by the member. Those who receive a Cash Reward use the same on-line system to register their certificate.

In order to register, the individual enters their sign-on and password (assigned by the on-line system) at this website, agrees to the terms and conditions of the program and prints out two additional documents, an acknowledgement form and their actual Cash Rewards certificate.

Once this process has been completed on line, the individual must then mail in their original acknowledgement form and Cash Rewards Receipt, with signatures, via certified mail to the ITPA.

Redemption

During the redemption period, Certificate holders must submit the following paperwork to the ITPA for review:

  1. Their certified mail receipt from their Registration mailing 36 months earlier.
  2. The original of their Cash Rewards Certificate with an original signature.
  3. Proof of payment for the product they purchased.
  4. Proof of current address in the form of a utility bill.
  5. Proof of age in the form of a certified birth certificate.

This documentation must be mailed in the same manner as the Registration paperwork to the ITPA. Once the paperwork has been received, the process could take as little as 45 days and as long as 60 days based upon the number of submissions received by the ITPA.

The steps listed above are only a summary of the steps required for Registration and Redemption. The specific details that need to be followed are explained on the on-line certificate issuing system and on the Cash Rewards Certificate.
